Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! Our services are contract-free. You can start or stop anytime—no long-term commitment required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can securely manage payments through your customer portal
Do I pay monthly or weekly?
For your convenience, we offer simple monthly billing—or choose quarterly billing and enjoy a 10% discount on your subscription. We bill on the first of the month, and all billing is prepaid in advance for the month.
Do I have to sign up for weekly service?
Not at all. We offer flexible service options, including one-time, bi-weekly, and monthly visits. We’ll work with your schedule.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can pause, change, or cancel your service at any time. We just ask for a quick heads-up before your next scheduled visit.
Do I need to be home for the service?
Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll leave everything clean and secure.
Can my dog be outside while you work?
We love dogs—but for safety and efficiency, we recommend keeping pets inside during service. If your dog is friendly and used to strangers, it’s up to you.
Will you make sure my gate is closed after service?
Absolutely. Your pet’s safety is our top priority. We always double-check that gates are securely latched before leaving.
How do you dispose of the waste?
Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety, as dog waste is classified as a hazardous material. To ensure safe handling, we double-bag all waste and place it in each customer’s designated trash can.
Do you work in bad weather?
We work rain or shine! The only exceptions are extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe for our team. In that case, we’ll notify you and reschedule.
Who will be cleaning my yard?
As a family-owned and operated business, all cleanups are handled personally by us. You’ll always know exactly who’s coming to your property, and we treat every yard with the same care and attention we give our own. No strangers, no random hires — just a trusted, familiar face every visit.
What happens if I move?
Let us know your new address, and if it’s within our service area, we’ll continue your poop scoop service at your new home—easy!
