How to Pay
We make payments simple with our secure online client portal. If you used the instant quote tool on our website, you’ll already have an account. If not, we’ll create one for you after confirming your service and email your login details. Setting up takes less than two minutes.
In your account, you can:
- View and download invoices
- See your cleanup history
- Securely store your credit or debit card
Once your card is linked, payments will be processed automatically before your scheduled services.
Important: Your card must be connected to your account before our team arrives for your first visit. If it’s not linked, we’ll try to contact you. If we can’t reach you, your cleanup will be moved to the next available opening—which can be weeks away during busy seasons. Need help? Call us at 419-517-7887 and we’ll walk you through it.
Billing Schedule
For all recurring services, billing happens on the 1st of each month for that month’s service.
- Recurring Service Plans (weekly, twice per week, or bi-weekly): These services are billed at a flat monthly rate.
- First-time or One-time Cleanups: Payment is due on the day we perform the service.
- Mid-month Starts: If you begin service partway through the month, you’ll be billed for your initial cleanup plus a prorated amount for the remaining scheduled visits that month.
Services are billed for the current month and are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, we’ll continue cleaning for the remainder of the period you’ve paid for.
Service Day & Timing
We work efficiently by building optimized routes, so exact arrival times can’t be guaranteed. Routes run from about 7:00 AM until dusk.
You’ll always get a text alert before we arrive:
- Typically, about 30–60 minutes ahead
- If you’re at the start of our route, you may get a 15–30 minute heads-up so we don’t text too early in the morning
Your service day will stay the same each week unless we notify you otherwise.
Do I Need to Be Home?
No—you don’t need to be there. Just ensure we can access your yard. We can also work with pets in the yard if they’re friendly.
We’ll send a photo of your closed gate after each visit so you know everything was secured.
If your dogs haven’t met us before and you are home, please let our technician know before letting them out.
Holidays
If your service day falls on a major holiday, we’ll skip that week and do a double cleanup the following visit to cover two weeks’ worth of waste. Charges remain the same since the workload is doubled.
Sanitation
After every visit, we sanitize our equipment with a safe, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and protect your pets.
Waste Disposal
All pet waste collected during service is double-bagged and placed in the customer’s outdoor trash bin unless otherwise requested. We do not haul waste away for disposal, as local sanitation services handle regular residential waste pickup.
Liability & Safety
Quick Paws Cleanup is not responsible for damage to lawns, landscaping, gates, or other outdoor property unless such damage is caused by our negligence. Service may be refused or suspended if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to: aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or blocked access. Customers are responsible for securing pets that may pose a safety risk to our staff.
Access, Cancellations & Missed Visits
If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, loose pets, snow, or other barriers, the visit will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Service can be placed on temporary hold (such as during vacations) with written notice. Prepaid billing will continue unless otherwise arranged.
Service Scope, Weather, Tall Grass & Leaves Policy
Pricing is based on standard yard sizes and waste amounts. Yards with excessive waste, larger areas, or first-time cleanups may require an additional fee.
Service generally continues in rain or snow, but extreme weather or unsafe conditions may cause rescheduling. If a holiday or weather delay occurs, a double cleanup will be performed on the next visit at no additional charge.
Quick Paws Cleanup makes every effort to locate and remove all pet waste during each visit. However, piles can be hidden by tall grass, overgrown weeds, or heavy leaf coverage. We are not responsible for missed waste in these conditions. To ensure the most thorough cleanup possible, customers are responsible for keeping grass maintained and removing excessive leaves or debris from service areas.
Communication & Consent
By using our services, you agree to receive service reminders, updates, and promotional offers by email, SMS, or phone. You may opt out at any time as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Quick Paws Cleanup may take photos of completed work (such as secured gates or bagged waste) for proof of service, safety documentation, or training. Identifiable personal information will not be shared.
Termination of Service
Quick Paws Cleanup reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time due to unsafe pets, hostile behavior, repeated access issues, or other conditions that interfere with our ability to provide safe and effective service.
Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Paws Cleanup LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your pets, property, or third parties, except where caused by our negligence.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to
quickpawscleanup.com, and Quick Paws Cleanup LLC governs data collection and usage. For
the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Quick Paws Cleanup
LLC include quickpawscleanup.com and Quick Paws Cleanup. The Quick Paws Cleanup website is
a Marketing & Promotions site. By using the Quick Paws Cleanup website, you consent to the data
practices described in this statement.
